SweatGlowRepeat is all about my journey with health & fitness and how I balance wellness with living life to the fullest. I hope you find this blog inspirational, informative, and fun to read!

I’m 33 and feel amazing! I attribute this to my passion for being consistently active and whole foods. About 10 years ago, I ran my first marathon and have been an avid runner ever since. Running is my main stress relief and keeps me sane. I balance running with group fitness, strength training, and Kayla’s BBG program. There are so many benefits of exercise that I’ll be sharing on this blog along with my goals and progress.

As a vegetarian and mostly vegan, I love exploring the infinite delicious plant-based food possibilities. I strive to educate myself about the food industry & nutrition so I can feel better than ever and reap the benefits of a healthy living!

On top of blogging, I thrive on giving back and volunteering. I have been teaching for 10 years and find it incredibly rewarding.  I live in Grand Rapids, MI, with my boyfriend and fur-baby/ puppy, Oscar (the cutest, sweetest Weimaraner on the planet).
